90 minutes away from the world’s busiest shipping route and and integrated into the central network of the rail freight corridor, the Grand Port Maritime of Dunkirk benefits from a first order multimodal network.
STORAGE
Warehouse :
DMT has a covered storage warehouse of 20,000 m2 dedicated to bulk and powdery products (10 meters in height). Inside it, the storage spaces are flexible and can be adapted to different volumes.
Silos:
In 2018 DMT has been equipped with 4 vertical silos with a capacity of 2,500 T each, capable of storing all types of powdered products and ensuring boat loading via a pneumatic system with a rate of up to 500 T / hour.
A bulk loading silo for 250 T tanker truck for powdery product, having its own weighbridge is also available.
Dock:
A temporary bulk storage space of 7,500 m2 at the quayside for ship and barge loadings.
LOGISTICS
Concerned about time and efficiency, DMT has different logistical tools to satisfy all types of requests:
To maintain a strong pace, three weighbridges and several loading and unloading stations are dedicated to the trucks.
The fluvial reception and shipping is at a high rate thanks to a large capacity harbor crane and a precision ship loader.

SERVICES
Calibration, screening and crushing :
DMT offers a service of calibration, screening or crushing in case of specific request.
Conditioning:
A Bulk bagger is also available, it will allow to receive or ship the products in big bags. The bagging perform at a rate of 200 tons per hour.
Bonded warehouse :
DMT can realize on its own behalf or in partnership with other professionals a storage in customs warehouse. The administrative staff will prepare customs declarations in custom house or maritime agency.
THE PLATFORM
Dunkerque Multibulk Terminal has a private dock of 200m long.
It allows access to Panamax sized vessels and Class V barges.
A crane for ships and barges will ensure high loading and unloading rates.
A 7500 m2 space is available for temporary storage at the quayside.
